The Camp

By the time the team arrived, over 400 people had turned up and were waiting for our services. The activities started with quick introductions and health education. Rotaractors led by Rotarians helped to carry the drugs to the pharmacy and they kept order at site by registering the patients, directing them to respective sections and extra tasks which had to be done.

Among the services that were delivered to the masses  included; General  body treatment, Guidance and counseling, Sexual Reproductive Health, Optical care, Dental care, Cancer screening, Nutrition assessment and Community health education  to mention but a few.

At around 4:45pm the camp was winding up, though patients were still coming in, it was not possible to attend to all as it was late for return trip to Kampala.
